What do we do?

    Thanks to the abundant freshwater resource, we only provide wild-caught freshwater fish with superior taste and texture.


    To ensure our customers have the best experience, the quality of our products is always top priority. All fish will be stored at reefer. Depend on our clients’ needs, fish will be vacuum packed, blast frozen, labelled to ensure the highest quality.

    The sides are dark green to olive-green with rows of light, oval spots. The fins have dark spots and often a reddish tinge. There are usually 10 pores on the underside of the lower jaw. The entire cheek and top half of the gill cover is scaled.

    Silvery sides with large scales and no markings. Body more laterally compressed than that of mountain whitefish; snout more underslung than that of cisco.

    Deeply forked tail; light spots on a background varying from light green or gray, to dark green, brown or black; light spots cover the head.

    Wild Carp is usually slim than cultivated varieties, about four times the height of the body. The meat is red, and there is a prominent mouth forward.

    Silvery sides with a faint pink or purple iridescent sheen. The upper and lower jaws are equal in length, so the mouth is at the tip of the snout. Tullibee resemble American shad and other members of the herring family. But unlike herring, tullibee have an adipose fin.

    The shape of this fish is slender, rounded body, back and both sides were dark green, gray, brown or black, lower abdomen light. This fish also has typical characteristics of the original Cypriniformes, such as orthodontic caudal fins, pectoral fins and abdomen fins.

    Mullet (Catostomus commersonii)

    The silvery sides have unbroken black stripes above the lateral line. Stripes below the lateral line are faint and often broken in an irregular pattern. The dorsal fins, unlike those of yellow bass, are not joined at the bases and the lower jaw is noticeably longer than the upper.

    Freshwater drum has a unique look. They are dark silver and horizontal compression. An unusual feature of these fish is that their lateral lines exerted to their rounded caudal fins. They also have a long dorsal fin that contains a deep mark.
